Job Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for educating India’s small merchants and kirana store owners about the benefits of digital payments and financial tools. You will have to call potential customers, explain the benefits of the product, clear their doubts, and build relationships with them to bring conversions.

• Making daily outbound calls and connecting with customers
• Providing product explanations in simple language
• Achieving the goal of promoting the product without any mis-selling
• Supporting customers and using sales tools correctly
• Keeping them updated with current trends
• Active participation in reporting and teamwork

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th Pass, Graduate, or Diploma holder applicants are preferred
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the BPO or telesales field
• Fluency in both Hindi and English is a must
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection (for the training period)
• Must complete a minimum of 24 hours of talk time per week
• Must be ready for a 9-hour, undefined daily shift

Salary & Perks:

• Monthly salary: ₹15,000 -30,000 depending on work
• Incentives are available between ₹2,000–₹2,200
